I’m a consultant, public speaker, and NASM-certified fitness coach. I came up through building: research operations, patient networks, and teams that help people use new technology. For event organizers, I offer high-energy, beat-based group workouts built around music, challenge, and connection.
At Immortals, I’m VP of Global Clinical Partnerships. I focus on international clinic operations, care-team coordination, and the patient experience behind longevity care.
I joined Medable as employee #6, built three functions from scratch, and handed each to a specialist leader. I founded the global Patient Caregiver Network to bring lived experience into product and trial decisions. Later, as VP, Agentic Experience and Deployment, I helped teams put AI into practice through clear ownership, training, and support.
Earlier, I managed clinical trials at Stanford University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School, connecting participants with research and healthcare teams. I’ve coauthored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications.
I’ve experienced research from both sides, managing studies and participating in them. In 2023, I skied the last degree to the South Pole as part of the INSPIRE research expedition led by Dr. Jack Kreindler.
